Commercial businesses have access to the X-Ray facilities located on the Milan Army Ammunition Plant. In addition to traditional fluoroscope and film x-rays, digital x-ray service is also available.

Metrology Lab

The Metrology Lab specializes in all phase of dimensional, mass, linear, pressure, torque force and temperature calibrations, as well as electrical resistance and voltage capabilities. Lab staff has over 30 years of combined experience in precision metrology, including the Lab Manager who has 30 years experience in various types of laboratories' operations/management and quality systems. The Metrology Lab Calibration System is ISO 9001:2000 Certified by UL and meets or exceeds MIL-STD-45622A, ANSI/NCSL 540-1-1994 and ISO 10012-1 system requirements. All calibrations are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) complying with MIL-STD-45662A, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, and ISO 10012-1 (Part 1)
