Located in West Tennessee along both sides of state Highway 104 West, Milan Commercial Complex is approximately 100 miles from Memphis. For convenient distribution access, the plant is in proximity to highways, railways, and airways. In addition, Federal Express maintains its headquarters and air hub in Memphis.

The site features nearly two dozen buildings totaling more than 380,000 square feet of available work space or warehouse storage, all within a fenced perimeter monitored by 24-hour security. Non-traditional storage opportunities are also available on site. Space can be subdivided or reconfigured to suit both small and large companies. The unique variety of buildings can accommodate diverse users - from commercial offices to heavy metals processing; from warehousing of product inventory to centers for shipping and receiving.

A wide range of support services are available on-site. A variety of laboratories can provide environmental studies, chemical and metallurgical services, as well as wastewater analysis and treatment. The X-ray facility has the ability to X-ray products with the maximum equivalent thickness of three inches of steel.
